Welcome to our recently-remodeled lakeside property off the shores of Lake Erie.
Our home features 3 beds, 2 baths, 2 living room areas, updated fully-stocked kitchen, 2 office spaces, large walk-in wardrobe room. Enjoy our outdoor deck and take less than 100 steps to the private beach on the shores of Lake Erie with a great view of the downtown Buffalo skyline. This property includes central air-conditioning, three-parking spots and washer/dryer.

Our home was renovated and remodeled in 2021. Our bedrooms are situated with one king-size guestroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs: (1) king-size guestroom with lakeview and (1) double-size trundle with full-size crib guestroom. Both floors have a full bathroom.
Guests have the entire home and property to themselves. NOTE: This home is perfect for families, friends' weekends or easy couples getaways in mind. This property is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. We have a family-oriented neighborhood that tends to be quiet after 10PM.

Summary: We rented this house for a long weekend for six adults. This place worked perfect as it was close to our activities. The house was immaculate, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. I would stay there again if the need arises

Summary: The property was awesome clean, well stocked and a place I’ll love to visit again and again. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio with the birds chirping. Last night the sky was clear enough to see the Little Dipper. We walked down and viewed the Sunshine. We had dinner a Hoak’s a great suggestion on a list of many things to do in the area. If you enjoy peace and quiet with some fun and laughter it’s the place to be on vacation. We just stayed a couple of days but it’s an awesome location for a week or more. It’s also set up kids friendly. Thank you for sharing a great place. Sharon 🌹

Summary: We had the great fortune of renting this property with our adult children for the eclipse. Wonderful, cozy home with several sitting areas so we all had our own little area to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed. The pool table was a lot of fun. The beach was lovely and unique with great views of the Buffalo skyline. Went to a Sabres game and we were home in 17 minutes. Will definitely rent again.

Summary: Place was right where we wanted to be. 15 minutes to the city 15 minutes to the stadium and about 40 minutes to Niagara Falls. Plenty of room for our family of 5, plenty of kitchen supplies, towels etc. Only negative is that it does get hot upstairs but not much you can do about that. Pool table was an added bonus. Communication from the host was easy.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It was very clean, fully stocked with all our needs, and just a short walk to the private beach. The hosts were very responsive and provided all the information needed.

Summary: We had the most perfect stay here and everything was beautiful, updated and clean. We loved that for six adults, we had plenty of options for sleeping, hanging out and enjoying each other's company! It was super spacious and absolutely perfect!
